Processing: soft pressing of the grapes and decanting of the must, fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature and pressure, isobaric bottling.

Characteristics: this wine has the special perfume of the original grapes, with the characteristic scent of lemon, sage and wisteria, and a golden colour.
