Production area: Piedmont, vineyards in Canelli.
Processing: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature and pressure, followed by isobaric bottling.
Alcoholic content: 5,5% Vol.
Characteristics: this wine, which has a ruby colour with pink tone, has a sweet and soft flavor of the just harvested grape whit flavors of rose and raspberry.
Gastronomic combinations: perfect with dessert, dried fruit, pastries and cakes.
Serving temperature: to serve at 10/12°C.
